Planning Heritage Design Partner LLC brings to your project 40+ years of experience and expertise in fields of urban planning, historic preservation, and related design. Planning Heritage Design Partner LLC is strategically positioned in the Chicago-Milwaukee-Madison urban corridor, in the city of Racine, Wisconsin.
Growing up in Racine, Matt’s parents would plan annual end-of-summer road trips for their family of six, traveling from Wisconsin to Florida, from Maine to California, and the myriad of points and places in-between. These annual adventures ingrained a desire to understand the origins and history of the land, places and structures they would visit. Matt continues his passion to understand how communities are physically laid out, what a community settles on as an acceptable aesthetic, and the geographic, historic, economic and social influences that enable or dictate design and development outcomes.
Matt has continued this quest in his travels across North America and Europe.
